Photo on the left I cut the left piece with a Conventional Stainless Steel knife and the Gala Apple on the right was cut with my
Ceramic Knife in 15 minutes you can see the piece on the left "browning" and oxidizing and the piece on the right cut
with my Ceramic Knife has not oxidized or browned at all!

and oxidizing losing nutrients and potency but you can see even AFTER 1 HOUR the piece on the right
